Obituary of Roberta May Barber

 

Roberta May Barber of Morrison, passed away August 5th 2023. 

Wife of William (Bill) Barber.  Bill was a longtime employee of the Denver Mint. 

She was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska.  She actually did have to walk five miles to school in the snow. 

She married Mike Mikkelson and they had four children together, Leroy, Sheryl, Arlan and Brent. 

Later in life she moved to Colorado and started a new life with Bill. 

Bill and Roberta enjoyed hunting, camping, and fishing together. 

Roberta was always up for any adventure and loved her yearly trips to visit the grandkids in Kansas 

Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

Survivors include son Brent, daughter in law Erin, Grandchildren Allan, Shaun, Christopher and Blake.  Many great grandchildren friends and neighbors.
