Obituary of Eryn Marie Girton

IN MEMORY OF

ERYN MARIE GIRTON

1973 – 2023

Eryn unexpectedly passed away on June 13, 2023, at North Suburban Medical Center surrounded by loved ones and friends. Eryn lived a life of helping and caring for others.

She was survived by her son Zander, her parents Gene and Cathy Porter, sister Melissa Todd and numerous aunts, uncles, niece, nephew, and cousins.

Eryn was born at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora Colorado, December 29, 1973. She grew up in Littleton, Colorado and graduated from Columbine High School.

Eryn began a nearly 30-year career as a 911 call taker, and emergency dispatcher with the Cities of Greeley, Westminster, and Denver.

She was very active in Scouting with her son Zander.

Eryn was always concerned for those around her that needed a bit of assistance when down on their luck. She attended Novation Church in Westminster.

She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
